Be prepared, so when the Notary arrives things will go smoothly.


A non expired ID is needed:

State-issued driver's license ~  State-issued identification card

U.S. passport issued by the U.S. Department of State

U.S. military ID ~  State, county and local government IDs

Permanent resident card, or "green card," issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services ~  Foreign passport

Driver's license officially issued in Mexico or Canada


Fill in all blank spaces of document before I arrive, but do not sign yet.


​​Power of Attorneys, Wills:


The Principle signer must be of sound mind, coherent and willing at the time of the signing.


  Any questions about completion of form must be addressed by contacting the person who drafted or requested the form .


A Notary cannot answer or assist in completion of form.
